Superior Residents Directory is an independent reference that describes public rolls, indexes, and historical collections connected with Superior, Wisconsin. We do not host government records and are not affiliated with a public office, court, or custodian.
2. Rules for Using This Site
Use the site only for lawful purposes. You may not use it, or anything found through it, to:
- Stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, or harm any person
- Locate someone protected by a restraining or protective order
- Commit identity theft or fraud
- Make FCRA-regulated decisions (credit, employment, tenant, insurance)
- Scrape, copy, or republish the site's content at scale
- Interfere with the site's operation or security
3. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency
This site is not a consumer reporting agency as defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq.). Wisconsin law governs these terms, without applying conflict-of-law rules. Access to government records discussed here is governed in part by Wisconsin Public Records Law, Wis. Stat. §§19.31–19.39. Wisconsin also has category-specific privacy protections, including the personal-information disposal requirements in Wis. Stat. §134.97, but official state material identifies no comprehensive consumer privacy or universal opt-out law.
12. Severability
If one provision cannot be enforced, all remaining provisions continue to apply.
